Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and wigs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.


Order Inspection
We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Eligible Issues
The following may qualify for a resolution if reported within the required timeframe:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Manufacturing defect (such as severe shedding or damage prior to installation)


Non-Eligible Issues
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way

  • Texture preference or dissatisfaction

  • Minor shedding or tangling due to improper care

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier


How to Report an Issue
To report an eligible issue, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product in its original condition

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in your request being denied.


Resolution
If an issue is approved, Beauty Buyou reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are issued only in rare circumstances and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
