Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed after payment is successfully received and verified.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Beauty Buyou is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Beauty Buyou is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Beauty Buyou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
